A real estate professional based in Salem, Oregon, Paul Kerley has several decades of experience as a property owner, property manager, and commercial real estate broker. He has served as president of Commercial Property Resources, Inc. since 1983, managing approximately 1,800 residential units. Recently, Paul Kerley acquired the Kenneth A. Built in 1964, the Kenneth A. Holmes office building property occupies 45,666 square feet in the central business district of downtown Salem. The building originally served as the office for Key Title Co., which was the largest family-owned title company in the state at the time. The company merged with Fidelity National Title in 2003.
The Holmes building includes 22,000 square feet of office space, as well as a 65-car parking garage. The purchase price for the property was $3 million. Gabe Johansen represented the buyer in the transaction, and Terry Frohnmayer represented the seller.
